About This Course

In this course, you'll learn general issues related to aging, oxidation, and sanitation as well as how to:

  • Produce bright (clear) beer for packaging.
  • Carbonate to style.
  • Purge your vessels with carbon dioxide.
  • Minimize oxidation when bottle conditioning.
  • Use kegs as bright tanks.
  • Fill bottles with flat and carbonated beer from kegs.

Whether you currently bottle, keg, or both, you'll find plenty of information to help ensure that the beer you pour into the glass is as good as the beer you imagined when you turned on the heat on brew day.
